The West Bengal joint entrance examination is conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board which was established in the year 1962 for admitting the undergraduate level engineering courses.
- The aspirant should be Indian.
- The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years as on 31/12/2018.
- The candidates who are born after 01/01/2002 are not eligible. For the marine engineering course, the upper limit is set to 25 years.
- It is essential for the candidate to have passed the 12th or equivalent examination from the recognized board. The candidates must have passed in the subjects such as physics, mathematics, and biology/biotechnology/computer/science/computer application as one of the compulsory subjects to apply for the engineering courses.
- The candidates need to pay 500INR along with the bank charges an application fee. The online facility of payment is also available.
The main conducting authority is the Christian Medical College of Vellore. It is for the students in the field of medical science. It is the university level entrance examination which offers various courses in diploma, UG, PG and doctoral courses.
Application Fee: The fee is 800INR along with the additional fee of 500INR per course for Group-A and PG Courses and 100INR for the Group-B per course. The payment can be made via debit or credit cards or net banking facilities or demand drafts or e-challans.
Eligibility Criteria- There are different eligibility criteria for the group-A and group-B courses. The eligibility criterion is given on the official portal in details for the ease and convenience of the candidates.
The Vellore Institute of Technology engineering entrance examination is a national level entrance examination conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology University.
Eligibility Criteria – The candidates should have a regular and a full-time education in subjects like Physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology through one of the following universities and board –
- The candidates must have a regular and full-time PUC or 10+2 from any recognized board.
- PIO & OCI holder can also apply.
- National Institute of Open Schooling
The cost of the application form is 1150INR which will also include GST charges. The online payment can be made via net banking, debit card and credit cards facility. For filling the offline application form, the application will be 1200INR which is inclusive of GST.
It is known as theInstitutestitute of technology and science admission test which is a university level examination organized by the institute. The candidates need to pay 2450INR in case of the female candidates and 2950INR for the other candidates.
The eligibility for the courses except the B.Pharmacy course is that the students must have passed the 10+2 examination with main subjects as physics, chemistry and mathematics from a recognized board or university. For the B.Pharmacy course, the students must have cleared the 12th examination or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board or university with the main subjects as physics, biology and chemistry.
Manipal University conducts the MU OET examination to help the students get admission in the various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of engineering, pharmacy, applied sciences and other courses. It is a university level entrance examination.
Application fee – The fee is 600INR i.e. online application and the entrance test fee is 1400INR. The fee can be paid via online mode through the debit cards or the credit cards or via net banking facilities. The payment can also be made via demand draft.
Eligibility criteria – There are various other eligibility criteria which are different for different courses. The detailed information will be available on the official portal of the university. The pattern of the examination is also different for all the courses. The exam is conducted online and the duration of the examination is two and a half hours.
MU OET Exam 2018 (MBA) will be held on 11th June 2018.
Also known as lovely professional university national entrance test and scholarship test. It is for students who want to get admissions into various courses such as B.Tech, MBA, and design and so on. It is the university level examination for the students who want to get admitted to LPU.
Application fee – The payment will be 700 INR for the male candidates and 400INR for the female candidates. We can pay the fee via online modes such as debit card or credit card or net banking facilities or through a demand draft.
Eligibility Criteria – The candidates must be citizens of India. They must have passed 12th from a recognized board or university. The students must have subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English for B.Tech – CHE/CHE Petroleum or Physics, Chemistry, English & either Maths/Biology/Biotechnology (for B.Tech – BT, Food Technology, Biotechnology, etc).
